Terms of Service

GENERAL PROVISIONS

24 December 2025 ("Effective Date")

Welcome to the Platform (as defined below), a comprehensive blockchain security, analysis, and risk intelligence ecosystem designed for organizations and professionals that require a high level of protection, efficiency, and transparency. By combining advanced smart contract analysis, large-scale blockchain data processing, and automated risk, security, and compliance assessments, the Platform enables security researchers, developers, and organizations to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate emerging threats across supported blockchains. The Platform also extends its expertise to a wide array of complementary cybersecurity solutions for both traditional (Web2) and decentralized (Web3) environments, encompassing simulated attack testing, vulnerability identification, incident response, threat monitoring, compliance evaluations, specialized audits for protocols and encryption technologies, and employee training programs, all tailored to provide end-to-end protection against diverse digital risks.

At the core of the Platform is Glider, a modular suite of tools, APIs, and services designed to support security research, production-grade risk assessment, and compliance workflows. The Platform includes, without limitation, the Glider Data API, Glider Risk API, Glider Security API, Glider Compliance API, and the Glider Query IDE.

The Platform provides blockchain-wide visibility into smart contracts and tokens, enabling aggregated data analysis, detection of security vulnerabilities, identification of risk indicators, verification of standard and best-practice compliance, and continuous monitoring across multiple EVM-compatible blockchains.

The Glider Query IDE further enables advanced security research and variant analysis by allowing Clients to define and execute declarative queries across large smart contract datasets, facilitating scalable detection of vulnerabilities and insecure patterns.

By bringing together domain expertise, scalable infrastructure, and data-driven analysis, the Platform establishes a robust foundation for modern blockchain security, risk management, and compliance.
